JAMESTOWN CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING, NOVEMBER 7, 2022 UNOFFICIAL MINUTES The common assembly of the Metropolis Council was known as to order by Mayor Heinrich at 5:00 P.M. The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited.
