Finally Google Drive included the most awaited feature to Back up your entire computer.

A few weeks ago, Google Announced a new Google Drive feature that will let users back up and sync more data and ever. After a couple of weeks delay, Google launched its new Backup & Sync app, which can store your entire computer system to Google Drive.The original depute was scheduled on June 28, but was pushed back a few weeks for fine improvement.

With this feature you can not only upload your photos, this Backup & Sync app can store any kind files from your computer.

This service is now available for both windows and Mac installed computers.Backup and Sync works with both Google Photos and Google Drive.

Google explains that this new tool will replace the old Google photos desktop uploader and Drive for Mac or Pc. It is simpler, speedier and more easier way to protect you files and photos that is important to you.

All you have to do is just sign in using your Google account and specify what you want to backup to Google’s cloud, whether it’s documents, music, photos, or videos.  you can even set the new app to automatically upload the files on devices you connect to your computer, including cameras, phones, SD cards and others.

Once the backup is complete, you’ll be able to access the files from any device that has Google Drive installed, whether it’s a computer or a smartphone. Photos and videos, meanwhile, will be found inside Google Photos apps.

As for businesses, Google says the old Drive uploader will continue to function, but it plans to launch Drive file Stream, a similar product to Back up and Sync, sometimes this year. The total upload limit is up to 15 GB. you can also increase your upload limit by purchasing more storage.
